Reasons For Lifting
- Because like a lot of loser programmers, I'm not very "embodied" and I'd like to be less like that
- Be hot for someone and have more "energy" for that someone, someday
- Age better, avoid ending up like my Mum who now struggles with getting up and down the stairs, and who dreads snow because she fears falling and having a hard time getting up
- Because doing things that increase my self-respect has been far better fo me than simply decided to "love myself" out of thin air. Seriously. How do people just do that? What are they in on that I'm not?
- To increase my tolerance for discomfort, in case of the apocalypse
- To increase my tolerance for discomfort, in case my loved ones need me to do something difficult for them
- To increase my tolerance for discomfort, so that I can be loyal to my forever boy until the very end, no matter what crazy stuff life throws at us
- Because I wanna be a muscle mummy (but, like, not in a naughty way or anything...)
